The History of IBUAM
Isaac Balami University of Aeronautics and Management (IBUAM) was founded to advance excellence in aviation education, research, and innovation. Inspired by the vision and achievements of Engineer Isaac Balami, a renowned aviation professional, the university was established to develop highly skilled graduates in aeronautics, engineering, management, and related disciplines. Through a blend of academic excellence and practical training, IBUAM is committed to preparing students for leadership in the global aviation industry.
With over two decades of industry experience, including leadership of the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE) and the establishment of 7 Star Global Airlines and one of West Africa's largest aircraft maintenance facilities, Engineer Balami's vision shapes the university's approach to learning. IBUAM combines industry partnerships, internships, and internationally recognized certifications to equip students with real-world expertise and globally competitive skills.
