Faculty of Engineering & Computing

Ask a QuestionIBUAM offers NUC-approved undergraduate degrees across two faculties — the Faculty of Engineering & Computing and the Faculty of Aviation Management. These include Aerospace, Mechatronics, Software, Electrical and Electronic, Systems, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering, alongside Computer Science, Information Technology, Aviation Management and PPE.
You need a minimum of five O'Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings, plus a valid JAMB UTME result with the correct subject combination for your chosen programme. Direct Entry candidates with A'Level, ND or NCE qualifications are also considered.
Applications for the 2026/2027 session are open now and remain open on a rolling basis until the admission quota is filled. Screening and credential verification also run on a rolling basis, so earlier applications are assessed sooner.
Create an applicant account on the IBUAM admissions portal, complete the application form, and upload your credentials. You can start the process at apply.ibuam.edu.ng, and the admissions team is available by phone or email if you get stuck.
Fees for the 2025/2026 session are $39,476.92 per session for Aerospace Engineering, $28,188.17 for the other engineering and computing programmes, and $20,576.17 for Aviation Management and PPE. Each figure is all-inclusive, covering tuition, accommodation, feeding, health insurance and local logistics. Nigerian students pay in naira at the prevailing CBN rate; international students pay the USD value plus 15%. The full item-by-item breakdown and a downloadable PDF are on the academics page.
